Angela is one of the most understanding, laid back person in there. She’s my Pisces twin and I definitely will keep in touch with her once I’m gone! She stays to herself and always make sure she looks out but does her job at the same time! I’m also going to miss basically all the instructors there it has been a long year but glad I met the people I did meet

Joe at it again! He did so good with the last free hand design, I asked him to do another. This is ancient Hebrew writing that reads chalome, which means to dream or dreamer. He admitted he had never saw this alphabet in his life, and he nailed it to a t. It only took him 2 hours to do this heavily detailed art work! Mind you I have extremely curly hair as well as a receding hairline and Joe was able to keep my waves and give me a crisp lineup. Great teaching done at laberia and great artist graduating right now!

I have taken my son several times and was taken care of by Terrence Talley. He was very welcoming, made us very comfortable and did a great job everytime! I highly recommend him! We will be back to see you soon Terrence!!

Had a pampered me day stop by LaBarberia to get a facial. I was greeted by Cheyenne the technician who serviced me. The experience was amazing and relaxing she was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She did her consultation and chosed the proper products then proceeded with her services. Second time coming here. Everyone here is fantastic, but be aware that some students may need more time than others. The last student I had was amazing, but this student, Bryor, knocked it out of the park. He was very patient with my tired butt coming hella early in the morning (for me... or maybe I was tired after the gym idk.) Asked for a hard part with a fade, wash and go cause I was gettin so tired of the way my hair looked from the “professional” cut I had. When he was unsure about something, or didn’t know how to fix something the didn’t like, he actually asked for assistance!asked for assistance. This, was a stark difference from the last student I had, who didn’t ask unless an instructor or mentor came to the seat. I have a weird head shape, so a fade can be difficult to pull off. Ended up with this comb over with a fade, picture taken morning after, cause I got busy SWARE it looked better before I left, and would fantastic with a bit of product in it, but it’s fine without and that’s what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier. If you want a fantastic style from a up and coming fantastic artist, as for Bryor Franks! But honestly, any one of these stylist are awesome choices. As they are concentrating and learning , don’t expect much in the way of conversation. They won’t let you leave looking foolish (as long as you aren’t in a particular hurry.) I can’t say enough good things about my instructor, Ashley. She’s incredibly helpful and always takes the time to guide me through techniques, no matter how small the detail. What sets Ashley apart is her ability to build confidence in us as her students. she genuinely believes in our potential, and that belief is contagious. Every time Im up for a cut, Ashley motivates me to do my best. She creates a supportive environment where it’s okay to make mistakes, as long as we’re learning and improving. Her encouragement has made a huge difference in my progress and in how I see myself as a future barber. Thanks for everything Ashley! Continue to be you!
